With the wheels on but before put together. The wheels come off with pins
Jeff assembling the back. He is putting the pins in that hold the back up. It is adjustable.
The sunshade swings out of the way.
All together.
The small wooden piece on the handle is the attachment to pull it with our bike. It comes off.
Two close views.
The seat is made of canvas. It is attached with webbing and rivets.
There are shoulder and waist straps. The seat is a padded small board for stability. Originally he sat in a convered car seat.
Jeff pulling Robbie.
Notice under Robbie's feet there is a u shaped piece that comes down to steady it when not moving. Dad used a piano bench hinge.
When Beth was little she would stand on the base, at the back, and hold on to the top. Then she would get a ride too.
We also have a pack that fits on the back to put things in.
Nap time.
Robbie is very comfortable .
Notice the foot rest is down now.
There is an axel you can't see. It measures slightly longer than the width of the ATV. A pin holds the wheels on. They come off easily.
