Together for the 3rd time!

My wife Norma had this great idea for my birthday, she decided to send me to Texas to visit my birth mom and we thought it would be fun to surprise her and not let her know I was coming. So I paged her husband Charles and told him about the idea. He thought it would work just fine so I made plans to fly to Texas. I arrived there Thursday night late so I stayed in a motel as I wanted to surprise her at work the next morning. Friday morning Charles came and picked me up and we went to my birth mom’s place of work. She had no idea I was coming, some of the office people knew I was going to surprise her and helped me set it up. They took her to a room and had their cameras ready and as you can tell she was VERY SURPRISED. Mom took the rest of the day off, we went to lunch and then went home. That evening we went to town and looked at all the Christmas lights they had displayed. The next day I went to church with them and met some of their friends and in the afternoon we went to my nephew, Halston’s, birthday party. On Sunday we were able to talk most of the day then that afternoon my sister Michelle came over and I took her out to dinner. We talked and had a nice time learning to know each other better. And then on Monday mom took me back to the airport to fly home. I would like to thank my wife Norma for planning such a wonderful weekend for me and also thanks to Charles for helping me pull it off. And mom thanks again for a wonderful time and I look forward to when you can come to MI and visit us.
