The Noank Volunteer Fire Company #1, Inc. was established in 1895 to serve and protect the small fishing and boat building village of Noank, Connecticut.
We have served proudly for over 100 years, and look forward to volunteering our time and services to the community for the next one hundred years
Our Mission
The Noank Volunteer Fire Company #1 Inc. operates as a fire and emergency medical first responder for the Noank Fire District, including Mumford Cove and coastal waters, and as a mutual aid responder for the surrounding towns.
The majority of our members are Connecticut State Certified Firefighters 1 & 2. Many of our members are EMT or MRT trained as well.
