The liveable210 Sept 9th WalMart Meeting with Councilman Estepp drew a huge crowd. (picture below, More Pictures)

Some highlights:

  • Prince George's County Council Chair Jim Estepp made the statement, "Right off the top of the evening, let me say that I am opposed to a Wal-Mart at 228 and 210."
  • Council Chair Estepp reported that he had received a letter from Charles County Commission President Murray Levy and two other Charles County Commissioners, Jim Jarboe and Daniel Mayer, saying that they oppose the proposed Wal-Mart at 228 and 210.
