My spare time is mostly spent at a farm.

Y'see, when I was a kid, my parents let me take riding lessons, but they wouldn't buy me a horse.  I was about 6 when I started riding.  When I was 5, I wanted 2 things for my birthday:  a party with people in it, and a pony.  I got the party.  I couldn't understand why my folks wouldn't buy me a pony; after all, it would fit in the backyard, and Daddy wouldn't have to cut the grass!

Those arguments didn't work.

So, thirty-odd years later, I finally bought a horse.

I was 5 all over again.

Except this time, you could have the party; I've been to enough...Just give me the horse!

He was big, he was beautiful, he was
so untrained....  Guess who got to train a horse - right out of the chute!  (Oh, sorry, that's a rodeo term...I've been hanging around too many cowboys!...)

So, 2+ years later, we've (me and the horse) have survived the ordeal.  He's very well-mannered, and I know how to RIDE!  YES!  The only thing I ever really wanted to accomplish, I have managed to!

Oh, dear.  Wait a minute.  Does this mean I have to find a new goal?....... NAW!
