Been sitting her in my swang a watching the wildlife in the backyard. It's definitely spring! The squirrels are chasing each other up the trees and a variety of birds are sitting on the feeder eating their breakfast.
Little "Bo" the orange cat from the pound is a running up and down the stairs making pitiful sounds. Granny thinks the little guy wants to get a run at the birds. Like old Bob, that wonderful old cantankerous cat before him, Bo makes a kind of clicking sound in his teeth. Guess he is daydreaming about what he could be eating fer lunch. Little Bo has taken a growing spell. His leg be a lot longer than they were and that little cat can run like crazy. He's a great jumper too.
The Bible talks about the fact that if you and I don't tell people about the wonder and the magnificence of God that He can command the stones to shout the glory of God. And you and I sit comfortably in our pews and keep what God has done for us to ourselves. Oh, selfish people, dumb of spirit, and fooled by the enemy, it's time for us to shout about what God has done for us! Tell the world, "Jesus has changed me and I am so glad!"
Talking about faith ---- A couple weeks ago when we went down to do the Bible study at the rehab center a lady told us she thought she was a Christian but didn't know for sure. I've been thinking about sharing this with you and want to ask you a few questions if you aren't sure you are a Christian:
1. Can you remember a time when Jesus became very personal to you and your life was changed?
2. Did you ever come to a point when you had a life changing experience with Jesus and you changed living like you were living before?
3. If you are a Christian are you bearing spiritual fruit that shows God at work in you?
4. When a person looks at you do they see the light of Christ shining in you or do they see the same old person you've always been? Unchanged? Too busy having a good time to focus on Christ?
5. Are you praying and seeking God's will in your life by reading the Bible?
6. Do you really have faith to believe if you dropped dead this very minute you would be in the presence of the Lord? Or do you doubt?
7. If God were standing at the gates of heaven and asked why you should be allowed in heaven what would you say? Would He turn you away and say you were forever forbidden to enter into heaven because you have not believed in His ONLY begotten Son, Jesus Christ? Would He send you away for you lack of believe to be cast into the Lake of Fire? Would He say He knows you have believed and repented of your sins and because of His Son's atonement for your sins you are welcome to stay within His walls forever?
What do you want out of life? There is no reincarnation. There is no chance to change after you die. There is now…now when you can have a personal relationship with Jesus. There is eternity…eternity where you can spend time with God and Christ Jesus or you can spend time in eternal horror, crying out in fear and trembling forever separated from God's goodness.
The choice is yours. Get a Bible like the New American Standard or the New King James Version, or one you can understand and read - The gospel of John
The hour is near…we must get back to Jesus as Lord and Savior and turn away from the evil that is over taking America.

- PRAY, pray, pray, and ask God to show you the truth about Himself. Pray everyday! Tell your children and grandchildren about God's love and put your beliefs into practice.
