Hello, my name is Marlin. As you may or may not be able to tell from the photograph, I am a Indiana Conservation Officer. A fantastic career that I have had for over twenty-nine years. It keeps me busy and best of all in the great outdoors. Here in Indiana, we have full police powers. Enforcing all state laws, rules and regulations governing the use of the Department of Natural Resources properties and certain Federal Laws. Our focus is mainly on our natural resources, environment and all outdoor recreation activities. We are state officers but are assigned to a county, but also work elsewhere in the state when needed. Living in the beautiful hills of southern Indiana is a sheer delight.
