AUNT ROSEMARIE'S
PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

This is the recipe for the Pineapple Casserole Aunt Rosemarie made for the family picnic.

INGREDIENTS:

1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple with the juice

1 20-ounce can of pineapple tidbits DRAINED

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sugar

6 tablespoons plain flour

1 roll RITZ crackers, crushed (I crush them while they are still in the sleeve...lot less cleanup)

1/2 cup (one stick) butter or margarine, melted


Mix first five ingredients together and put in casserole dish (I use an eight-inch pryex type, square) sprayed with PAM.

Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and drizzle melted margarine/butter over all.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

May be served hot or cold.
