MUTT-LY CREW
The Taz Man
Emma Lu
Taz was abandoned in town for some unknown reason.
He was house broke, well mannered, and gets to live inside with us. He never does anything wrong except maybe try to come inside with muddy feet.
He's Number One House Dog
Emma belongs to daughter Susan.
She has made several trips to and
from Alaska,
but on her last return to Iowa she
decided to stay with us. She does
not like strangers and has a growl
to prove it.
She is No. 1 Watchdog
Yellow dog wandered in one day about 3 years ago.
We found out where he lived and returned him. (Many times) It got so that he could almost beat Jerry back home!
His owner didn't seem to care anything about him and has since
moved away, so he became a member of our family. And yes,
he only has one eye. We have no idea what happened to him,
but suspect abuse. He loves everyone and
never gets enough petting to suit him. I'm so glad he chose our house as his new home. He never fails to give me at least one laugh per day.

Dufus, or 'one eye' as my family insists on calling him, is
Number One, all round, Funny Dog.
Dufus Dog says "I love everybody".
I also love to leave nose prints on this glass.
Unless you are raising dogs for profit I urge you to spay and neuter your pets. Ours have been and they are happy, happy, happy! Of the 700 plus dogs taken to our local Humane Society last year, only about 200 found homes. You know what happened to the rest!!

One day, much to Taz's dismay, a cat came to live in our house.
Here she is, Miss Kitty, AKA Bootsie, DoubleTrouble, Devil Cat, Sneaky Snake, and sometimes Baby.
She has read every one of the eleven things about cats above and believes cats are getting a tough break.
She asks me to remind you that CATS RULE AND DOGS DROOL!
