I think it's a good sign that we have enough stuff on this page to make it hard to find your way around. Anyone who can supply historical information is asked to send it in. We're always looking for trivia stuff as well. To make it a little more convenient, here's a menu so you can jump right to the section you're looking for:

Historical Tidbits

-family tree information - roots in Normandy, France?

Maud Lake is situated near the blueberry picking field (which was the airport strip in Ramore). This is the lake where I learned to swim and where Jack preferred spending his school days with Fred Ross.
   Let's not forget that after picking blueberries, we were all treated to Polar Bears (vanilla ice cream coated with chocolate, on a stick - well you know what I mean).
