With this status, we maintain our credentials and relationship with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. 

Writing continues to be my passion, and I'll have maximum flexibility to continue writing.  I also have a full schedule of seminars in different parts of the world for 2002 and beyond.

Our good friend, Steve Fitch, is superintendent of 70+ Free Methodist churches in Southern California. He has created a position for us called “Cell Ministry Overseer,” which involves consulting only six  of those 70+ FM churches—ones that are making a cell church transition or are interested in becoming cell churches. One of those seven churches is a cell church plant that we helped start in September 2001 with Steve Fitch  in the Moreno Valley area (we are now primarily involved in coaching Steve Fitch who is the senior pastor of this FM cell church plant. We are no longer partnering with Steve in this church plant).  The position of Cell Ministry Overseer will require some 60% of a forty- hour week, and the contract for this position expires in December 2003. 

As adjunct professor at Columbia International University, I will teach a course on the cell church both at the CIU campus in South Carolina as well as their extension campus in Toccoa Falls, Georgia. I will also teach the cell church course at  International School of Theology (soon to become King's College)  located in the Inland Empire. ISOT is offering a Masters degree with a cell church concentration.

After September 2003, we will begin to coach five Christian and Missionary Alliance pastors in the South Pacific District in cell church ministry.  The names of these pastors are:  Jim Corley (Tucson, Arizona), Floyd Evers (Big Bear, CA), Cliff Bowman (Glendora, CA), Tito Sanchez (Anaheim, CA), Hernan Pada (West Covina, CA). We will coach them from September 2003 to September 2006. We will also plant a Christian and Missionary Alliance church here in Moreno Valley. The Moreno Valley  church plant will also be one of the churches that  I'm coaching. Please pray that God would grant success and wisdom.
