First, Dad as an infant, c. 1942, with his mother. Second, Mayor LaGuardia, with Robert Moses.
Dad and Grandma are probably on the Lower East Side somewhere. Tompkins Square Park, maybe?
I think LaGuardia and Moses are in the Mayor's office.
