| Here is "myclassy 67" I happen to be the proud owner of a l967 Mercury Cougar 289 standard with a C4. We purchased the car on July 15, 1981 and it has been off and on our family car, but at this time we are mostly working on restoring it (after 35 years - yes it's gotten old). | March 20, 2002 Vinyl roof is gone, temporary black paint in it's place. Body has a couple good dents (center front of hood and passenger front fender near headlights) and plenty of scratches. Carpet is worn out, seats are cracked and split, rear passenger side panel crumbled. Needs new driver door panel and window mechanism. All weatherstripping shot. |
