STARTING TIME: Of camp will be between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Monday Except Camp 1 that will start between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday,  June 30th.  Please do not drop campers off any earlier and if possible not later as camp will have started.

CLOSING TIME: Of camp will be between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Saturday except camp 5 that will end between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 29th.  Please do not be late as the staff needs to close up the camp and prepare for the next group.

WHAT TO BRING: Bedding (Warm Blankets or Sleeping Bags, Pillow)  For a single bed.  Towels, Washcoth, Toothbrush and Toothpaste.  Warm pajamas, Bathing Suit.  Suitable Clothing for Warm, Cool, or Wet Weather.  Bible, Notebook, Pencil, Mosquito Lotion, Sun Screen.

OPTIONAL: Flashlight, Cameral, Sports Equipment.  A Second Towel for the Beach is often a good idea.

DO NOT BRING: Any Shoes that do not cover the Foot (Thongs, Sandals).  Jewelry, Mondy, Walkmans or Musical Equipment.

MEDICATIONS: Any medications or Pills must be given to the Nurse with written instructions.  This includes aspirin or Tylenol.

MEDICAL FORM: We would appreciate this medical form returned to the registrar as soon as possible.  If your camp is less than 20 days away, please take it with you to camp.

REMEMBER: Please put the Camper's Name on Clothing and Belongings.

NOTE: No Smoking by Campers.  Campers not following camp rules can expect to be sent home.  Campers will be held responsible for malicious damage.

DONATIONS: Of Fresh Fruit and/or Vegetables would be Welcome.

VOLUNTEERS: Camp Tapawingo has a number of Full-time Staff, But the Camp would not be able to run without the added support of volunteers who are willing to give a week of their time to be a counselor or a nurse for one camp.  If you think that you would be able to help us in this way please contact Eric at 763-2738.

COUNSELORS IN TRAINING: Any youth, 16 to 18 years of age who would like to be C.I.T.'s at camp, your  support is also greatly appreciated.  Please contact Eric at 763-2738.
