Design of RS-68A upgrade Turbine Manifold, NASA's Next Generation Launch Technology (NGLT)RS84 main combustion chamber hardware. Member of Air Born Laser (ABL) fluid manangement team, provided assistance with aircraft interface definitions for ground support equipment design. Design of turbopump components for IPD, RS68, RLV and MBXX; Created solid models and drawings for turbopump components as well as large model of the RS68 production and development top assemblies; Created layouts for instrumentation of IPD and MBXX fuel turbopumps.

Lead design engineer for the development of the International Space Station Alpha (ISSA) Z1 structure. Responsible for the design and solid modeling of Z1 structural framework including the KU band antenna structural support. Coordinate with other functional groups in resolving design issues. Provide necessary information and timely support to other disciplines (i.e. Stress, ME&T, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) to facilitate hardware build and test. Participated in the Neutral Buoyancy Test of Space Station hardware, (Z1, MT rails & Long Spacer). Z1

Provide design support for the Space Shuttle Main Engine (SSME) Fuel Turbopumps; Prepare production drawings, design layouts and design change documents utilizing CATIA; represent Design Engineering department at design reviews; coordinate with other engineering disciplines to solve complex design and production problems; investigate drawing change requests and provide corrective action when necessary; write and present design change requests at change board meetings.

Provided assistance in creating flair and reconnaissance towbodies; participated in the proposal of an inertial aided munitions; worked as Liason Engineer to assist in dispositions of discrepant hardware and solving manufacturing problems; aided in the proposal effort for the NV-144 unmanned aircraft; helped with the design of the aft rudder release mechanism for the Tacit Rainbow; Utilized NCAD and CADAM to support the B-2 subassemblies.
