YORYIA's TRAVELS IN GREECE

Hi, I'm Georgia, or Yoryia in Greek, a first generation American with Greek parents. In 1997, I traveled to Greece, my parent's homeland and, although this was not my first trip, I was very excited to return as I had not visited in quite awhile.

Come travel with me and my friends, a married couple who were with me on the trip, and explore the cities of Athens, Olympia and Delphi, plus Knossos and Chania on the island of Crete. Come along as we explore my father's hometown of Stromi and my mother's village in Gargaliani and enjoy the pictures my friends took while on a cruise to Mykonos.

During this trip, we saw many historic ruins, visited my relatives in small villages, and still had time to explore several of the Greek Islands. So pack your cyber-suitcase and come with us on this wonderful adventure.
