F.E.M.A.L.E (Formerly Employed Mothers At the Leading Edge) is a national nonprofit organization for women who have left the full-time paid workforce to raise their children at home.  It is an organization for all women dealing with transitions between paid employment and at-home motherhood.  It is NOT about opposing mothers who work outside the home.  F.E.M.A.L.E is about respecting, supporting and advocating for choices in how one combines working and parenting.
