1. Create presentation in PowerPoint 97
   
2. Choose the "Save as HTML" option under the "File" menu
   
3. Provide the HTML wizard with the needed information
   
   • name
     
   • email
     
   • homepage
     
   • format desired
     
4. Specify a location (directory) where you want the HTML files to be stored
   
5. Use FTP to upload the presentation to the web
   
6. Make necessary adjustments for viewing HTML files on your particular server
