Biographical Information

I am a native Houstonian (minus every childhood summer spent in France) and intend to end my days here. (Jay not taking a policing job in Alaska notwithstanding:-)) I work in the office at St. Thomas Episcopal Church and School, which is where I went to school for 13 years, and where I expect my four children to attend (and their children, and their children, and so on. . . )

I got my college degree (French) at the University of Houston, which is where I met Jay. Someday I might go back cuz I loved studying so much ;-)

Personal Interests

St. Thomas Episcopal (Houston, Tx): A great school which promotes Christian Values and traditional education!!

Indoor Soccer: My big hobby is indoor soccer. I started playing last year and find it a great way to release tension!!! Especially since I can kick the ball now.

France: My mother was born in France. I spent most of my summers in France as a child. I intend to send my children when possible, as it's the best way to pick up a language and understand a different culture.

Catholicism: I attend church at Holy Rosary, in downtown Houston. It is a traditional Catholic Church which still has the Latin Mass on Sunday Mornings! Click the picture for my links page!

Hot List

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo: My A #1 event - every year. This rodeo brings the best from all around. Oh yeah - the music can be pretty good now that they have a new sound system. I even manage to get Jay to come to a few!!
Sam Houston Racetrack: I like to go watch the horse races. This park has a great restaurant, and during the spring and summer the infield is a good place for a picnic with the whole family. I have never spent more than $20.00 to spend the day there (of course I don't bet much either)!
