The heritage structure built 120 years ago has been through much use and abuse.
Rajindra-Kothi that houses and is therefore named- The Baradari, gave the name to Baradari gardens, a land mark in the center of Patiala city. The building has been leased out to Neemrana Hotels to be renovated and maintained as a hotel- for 30 years.
Retro-fitting the old structure for use as 18 room hotel is an interesting work.
