G'day from the Fraser Valley in beautiful British Columbia! We're the Camerons: Bill & Glenys (humans), Angus & Katie (Shelties), and Smokey the cat. Angus and Katie have their own home pages.

Glenys and Bill

Bill is a retired school principal, proud father of three, and three grandchildren. He's known as "Mr. Do-it-Yourself" for his ability to build and fix just about anything. Glenys is a computer consultant with two passions: Shelties and computers.

Katie and Angus

Both Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties), with ancestry in the Shetland Islands of Scotland, where they were used to herd and guard the sheep. Now of course they have a totally different lifestyle as pampered pets!

Smidgen

Smokey

Two parts Maine Coon and two parts "nasty cat", our Smidgen died on February 19th, 1998. She was a unique cat with so many habits which formed part of our daily routine that we miss her enormously. She had a good life and ruled us all for almost 16 years though.

Smokey has some Russian Blue and some Siamese in her, but she is basically a "domestic short hair". Finicky eater, loves to drink water from a running tap, sweet-natured, almost 14 years old.

Our Favourite Links

Vancouver is the biggest city in British Columbia, and one of the most beautiful in the world. From MultiActive Netcams offering three different views in real time of the city and environs, you can see what Vancouver looks like. If it's after dark, the best view is the one from Kitsilano Beach.

The dogs' very favourite home page is The Sheltie Page, rated one of the coolest sites on the Web. Our other favourites include:

The Australian Embassy in Washington, DC

PC Computing

If you'd like to send a digital postcard to someone, check out my Shelties & Friends Cards and choose from the 8 pictures (with sound, if you like), courtesy Personal Postcards.
