Kalynn's Catriona from Debern

Her registered name reflects her Scottish heritage, but it's a bit long for a call name, so she is known as "Katie". Katie is a sable-and-white Shetland Sheepdog, born in August, 1995. She is a devoted companion to Angus, her big "brother", whom she devils most of the time. Katie and Angus are related, and three generations back share the same two dogs as ancestors. Of typical Sheltie size (14" high and about 20 lbs.), Katie is fine-boned, lithe and runs like a gazelle. Her aptitude may lie in Agility or Flyball, but she hasn't yet tried out in these sports. Although she has competed in 3 or 4 Obedience trials, she has not so far managed to heel well enough to earn a qualifying score.
