Since it is customary to give some personal background information of the creator on a private Web site, and since this Web site is dedicated to the very personal issue of my name, I suppose I should tell some more about myself.
My name is Eric Grivel. I was born in 1961 in 's-Gravenhage, The Netherlands. After highschool I got my Master of Science degree in Mathematics at the Technical University of Delft. I have been working as a software developer since 1987. In 1995 I started with the US office of AND, originally in New York. We moved to Maryland in February 1997.
I am married and have two children: Frank (born in 1991) and Mark (born in 1993). My hobbies include computers, reading and genealogy.
