I'm trying to find anything I can to start a family tree on my mother's side of the family (Spurlock) or fathers (Keefer) I don't even know where to begin. | Comments: Love your webpage, what an inspiration, indeed!! I would recommend though, that you change the colors on your guestbook, so difficult to read, but then, hey, I could be gettin' old! |
| Comments: I and two of my sisters have been researching the Dobbs/Kidd lines. These were my fathers parents. So far we have only been able to trace the Dobbs line back to my g-g-ggrandfather. His name was William M. Dobbs, Sr. We think the M. stood for Marion since some of his grandchildren had the middlename. The only way we know his name is from his son's marriage bond, he is listed as William, Jr. William, Sr. m. Nancy ? and William, Jr. m. Martha Jane Miller. |
