1999 SR. HORSE CAMP
JUNE 8-12
AT THE FRANCE EQUESTRIAN CENTER

Cost : $90 (includes meals, stall fees, t-shirt, show and clinic featuring Kieran Donahue) Parents must volunteer 8 hours at the camp or pay and extra $40 .

Who: Open to 4-H horse members 13 years and up (age on 1-1-99) .This camp is open to 4-H members outside the Mat-Su District .  We encourage those attending camp to consider teaching classes at the Junior camp June 13-17.  12 year olds may audit the clinic during the day but must contact Debbie Avritt at 376-2370.

When: Check-in is 5-10 p.m. on June 8. The Clinic will be June 9th and 10th .  Practice for the show will be June 11th.  The horse show will be June 12th.

Items to bring to camp:

We are proud to have Kieran Donahue  of Meridian, Idaho as our clinician this year.  Mr. Donahue developed the 4-Corner Approach to training emphasizing TRUST, PATIENCE, CONFIDENCE AND CONSISTENCY.  Be sure to register early as camp will be limited to 40 riders.   Deadline for registration is May 20th.
