My humble apologies if I've emailed you before regarding our Spirit Quilt, we are looking for a company who will represent your state in our project ~ We are nearing the date of dividing fabric and are hoping all 50 states will take part.
**************************
Howdy,
I am an English teacher and coach of the varsity cheerleading squad at Country Christian School in Molalla, Oregon. Our squad is creating quilts which will be donated to our annual auction. My girls desire to be a part of their school's future; we are he
ping to raise money for a new gymnasium. In addition to the auction quilts, we will also be sewing one quilt that will stand as a testimony in our school and be a significant expression of the true "Spirit of Unity" expressed by Americans.
We have been requesting fabric from quilt makers and fabric store owners throughout the nation and from every state. We've received fabric from almost all the states, 44 to be exact. Arizona, Delaware, Idaho, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Oklahoma are not ye
represented. We are asking for the donated fabric to be 100% cotton quilting fabric and be a minimum of 2 yards in length.
We are also hoping there will be a larger donation of fabric that will cover the entire back of a quilt. This measurement will need to be 7 yards for a twin/full quilt, or 11 yards for a queen/king quilt.
Thank you for considering our request.
Faithfully,
Sheryl Harvey, CCS Cheer Coach

that you never honored your swap with me for the millennium quilt. You still HAVE NOT HONOURED your part of the swap. PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure you receive any goods from this person before you send yours or you won't get anything. I have sent man
emails - most of them were ignored and the others were nothing but lies of promises to send my materials. NOTHING EVER ARRIVED. G. Hilborn

Dear Deceiver - Nice to see that you have created a new page and have a new E Mail. Numerous people have been posting and asking for some time about you because you have NOT HONOURED swaps. You can come down from your high and mighty and start practicing
hat you preach. Maybe now your kids are not sick, you're not moving again, you're not too busy and you can stop lying and send what you owe. I would highly recommend to anyone dealing with you to get all their items up front before they send you anything.
In fact I would like to see you completely blackballed and nobody even deal with you. You have lied to, cheated, used and manipulated many honest hard working trusting people. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW YOU FOR WHAT YOU REALLY ARE.

I'm not very experienced at quilting (only started a year ago), but am trying to learn. Before then, I only knew the stuff the taught at school - Hexagons, hand stitched over card (everyone in the uk seems to learn that!), but I have made a quilt for our
bed (very badly done - my first - machine pieced and tied), a quilt for my baby daughter (machine pieced and appliqued) - not to well done but better than #1, and hand quilted (again not to good but improved as I sewed), and a quilt as a wedding present (
3) - better than all the rest - machine piced and tied cos I was short of time. I am now working on a sunbonnet sue quilt (I hate her but DD#1 insisted on it - she's 8 yrs old and likes "girly" things) for DD#1. That is a mix of 9 patch blocks and hand
appliqued sunbonnet sue blocks. I havent quite finished the top yet but might try machine quilting it. I am also working on a wall hanging for a new-house present for 2 friends (machine pieced and hand quilted.)

So glad to meet you. I am new to the net, but have quilted for many years, seriously in the last 5. I like to do a bit of everything, but love traditional designs for bed quilts and art quilts of my own design for wallhangings. I'm not involved in the Y
K - too much work added on to what I already have: quilt guild president, 2 row-by-row exchanges, quilt teacher, charm swaps.
You have a great family! I have 2 boys, too. I'm 45, so mine are grown, but still in college.
I'm Looking for e-mail penpals, if you'd like to respond.
