Your subdivision is located in Southwest Naperville, aproximately 40 miles west of Chicago. There are approximately 300 single family homes. This subdivision started development in 1995 and will be completed in 1999. This subdivision offers its residents an annual Christmas party, picnic, Easter Egg Hunt, and many other special interest activities for all to participate in. School District 204 provides children from K-12 with a challenging curriculum. This district also offers an expanded arts curriculum as well as Project Arrow for gifted children. An elementary school is within walking distance from all homes within this subdivision. The elementary school currently provides education for K-5 for four surrounding subdivisions.
Naperville has a population nearing 130,000 and still growing. Naperville offers a downtown with shopping, restrauants and entertainment. A nearby mall located on the Aurora/Naperville border which offers 4 anchor stores with a wide variety of apparel and gift stores. This city is close enough to Chicago for big events but on its own it offers many opportunities for recreation and entertainment.
