TUSCALOOSA ALABAMA...a Great Place

GREETINGS:

Thank you for visiting my site and being here on the Tuscaloosa page where I hope to have lots of info from Tuscaloosa and surrounding counties. Tuscaloosa is my hometown and I love and miss everything about it. It is located in West Central Alabama about 65 miles from Birmingham and has a population around 187,000.
T-Town, as it is known by many who love the town, is the home of the University of Alabama and the Bear Bryant Museum. Bear Bryant was the coach at the UA campus for many years and had a great winning record and coached such football greats as Joe Namath, Leroy Jordan, Pat Trammell, Shiran Stacey and David Palmer.
Football is not all that is offered by my hometown. Tuscaloosa offers you friendship, warmth, and a place to call home. It is my hope that this page can help you in your search for your family roots and that you will enjoy your visit and

"Ya'll Come back, Ya hear".
