The following are Societies and Web Rings that I have joined. If you link to one the Web Rings, you should be able to find a reference (link) back to my web page.  The Web Ring concept is useful for promoting your web page among genealogist who are interested in your particular area. There are Rings for many geographical areas, and other Rings that are specific for certain surnames. As yet, I have not found a Web Ring for the Russell surname.
