WELCOME TO MY WORLD OF "PIGS"

Hi, my name is Kriss and I collect Pigs. Pigs of any kind (someday, I hope to own a real live Pot Bellied Pig for now I have to settle for the fake ones) glass, stuffed animals, ceramic, wooden, clay. You name it I have it all, I think. I have been collecting for 16 years. My collecting pigs started out very innocently with the purchase of a pig figurine from "Home Interiors." My love for pigs has always been deep inside me. I can remember as a child playing with my Uncle's baby (piglets) pigs on his farm in Northern Missouri. Pigs are sweet, warm, loving, creatures.

I believe is was Winston Church Hill that said:

"I Like Pigs. Dogs look up to us. Cat's look down on us. Pigs treat us as equals."

Over the years my collection has grown by "oinks" and "squeals." I now have over 500 pigs. This page is the newest addition to my collection. I have found my most prized pigs at garage sales, yard sales and flea markets. Some pig figurines and stuffed pigs have been given as gifts. I am easy to buy for.....just give me some sort of pig and I'am happy. My pigs use to live in the kitchen of my home now they have taken over the whole house. I even have them sitting on top of my computer monitor at work. If you haven't guessed by now.....
