PENN STATE NITTANY LIONS...

This page is going to be a very special page and I am doing it as a special request for my good friends in Florida, who lived here for a lot of years and were Penn State fans..This ones for you, John and Betty.

The main campus of Penn State University is located at University Park, which is located in the middle of our State in a town called State College.

This is also the home of the Penn State Nittany Lions Football Stadium, Beaver Stadium. The field is all natural turf and seats 95,000, but will eventually seat over 103,500 people after the expansion, which will be completed by the year 2001. The stadium is the 2nd largest University stadium in the Nation and was named after James E Beaver, Pennsylvania's governor from 1887-1892.

The Lions have sixteen-ten win seasons under JoePa, who won 18 bowl games..the most by any coach ever!!
