  • 1 (4-serving size) Jell-O sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Cup Yoplait plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Cool Whip Free (I use Lite)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Coconut extract
  • 2 tablespoons (1/2 oz) Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's Lite Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Flaked Coconut

    In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, water and yogurt. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip Free (Lite) and coconut extract. Stir in chocolate chips. Evenly spoon mixture into 6 dessert dishes. Top each with 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup and 1 teaspoon coconut. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Serves 6 serving. Note: Do not over mix.
