Creamy Potato Salad – 1 Point

3 cups peeled, cooked, cubed potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon each sugar and white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon each salt and celery seed
1/8 teaspoon each garlic powder and pepper
Combine potatoes, onions and pimento. Put sauce ingredients in jar and shake to mix. Pour sauce over potatoes and mix well. Refrigerate to blend flavors before serving.
Makes 6 servings. (1/2 cup)
