Seafood Spinach Dip - 3 Points

  • 1 package surimi seafood (crab meat)
  • 2 garlic cloves -- minced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil,crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Sauté garlic in margarine for 1 minute. Add basil and pepper, followed by remaining ingredients. Heat through, stirring frequently. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups.
