| This is my mom and one of her best friends - Mrs. Ethel Cox. They won second place in a look alike contest for the Golden Agers. Mom and her friend were always trading craft ideas. Mrs. Cox was always there giving Mom and Dad a helping hand. |

| This was Mom and Dad's last Christmas with us. Christmas 1991 was celebrated at Patty's house. They both were very sick, Dad with his heart and Mom with bone cancer. |
