Bonnie's Banana Cake
...very easy delicious dessert...MMM

One yellow cake mix baked
Vanilla pudding, home made or instant
Bananas

Slice cake in half when completely cooled, remove top half.
Cover with pudding and sliced bananas.
Replace top half of cake and cover with pudding again

Mix together to form dough:
1-Cup Flour
1-stick butter
3oz.-Cream Cheese

Mix together in separate bowl from dough mixture:
2-eggs
1-Cup Brown Sugar
1-Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4-Teaspoon Salt

Also needed:
Morsels (any flavor), Butterscotch Recommended. Grated Walnuts.

Press dough into very small tart pans, Put 2-morsels in each cup, spoon in 1/4-teaspoon of walnuts into each one and fill each with brown sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly golden brown. Cool completely before removing from pan.

1 can crushed pineapple
mini marshmallows
2-16oz. bowls Cool Whip
2 family size boxes pistachio pudding
1 can drained fruit cocktail

Mix pudding & pineapple together, stir in cool whip,add fruit cocktail and marshmallows, fold together, chill and serve...

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shortening or oil
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
2 eggs
3 cups uncooked oats

Mix all together and drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees - 12 to 15 minutes
