A FRIEND

He is the Son of God
That gave his life to us
He was crucified to the cross of Calvary
To saved us from going to hell
He is the light of my life
The Captain of my life
The Savior of my soul
And the inspiration of my life
I owe my life to Him
And I will do my best to serve Him
And ready to sacrifice to glorify Him
Whatever the cause may be, I will give it all to Him
Praise you Lord Jesus Christ
A friend that I can lean on
A Friend that loves you so much
A Friend that is ready to forgive and to give
He is always there waiting
For you to accept Him
He is just a prayer away
To lead your life a better way
Accept Him
And you will have a happy life to begin
A contentment heart to have in
And a life that is full of joy to live in
He can give you that nobody can give
It's just a matter of faith and you will be save
And you will have this Friend that is true and faithful

There was a time
All things was all fine
Birds were singing in the sky
With the joy in their mind
While the river was flowing peacefully
The clouds were moving smoothly
As they and me were singing
The moon and the stars were shining
Then suddenly a big storm came through
A big storm that I didn't notice it would push through
It shattered a wide range of dreams
Dreams of my own as it seems
I'm just wondering where did the sun goes
Where are the stars where did they go?
Please don't leave me now I don't know where to go
I can't see nothing without you I know
As time goes by
I hardly can't find
Where did I go wrong?
It seems you that I’m still longing for
I know this storm will stop soon
Nobody can tell it, but it will soon
A new rainbow will come up and so the sun, the stars, and the moon
A new tomorrow will shine up, with a New Hope, and new dreams,

A place that's full of love and sweetness
A home that's full of giving and happiness

In a world that full of hatred.
You know how hard to be alone,
Without you here with me, where should I belong.

Be not afraid, cause we're always at God's embrace
I will always keep our promises,
The promises of our love and faithfulness.
Think of God as we walk along

What does it matter that my love couldn't keep her.
The night is full of stars and she is not with me.

As if to bring her near, my eyes search for her.
My heart searches for her and she is not with me.
The same night that whitens the same trees.
We, we who were, we are the same no longer.
I no longer love her, true, but how much I loved her.
My voice searched the wind to touch her ear.
Someone else's. She will be someone else's. As she once
belonged to my kisses.
Her voice, her light body. Her infinite eyes.

Love is so short and oblivion so long.
Because on nights like this I held her in my arms,
my soul is lost without her.
THE ART OF WAITING
Why wait?
Because although we want to be decisive, we don’t want to be impulsive.
Although we want to be swift, we don’t want to be hasty.
Although we want to hold on to the one we love, we don’t want to lose ourselves in the process.
If we want to run, we must first learn to walk.
If we want to swim, we must first learn to float.
If we want to make love, we must first learn to love.
In the end, it is still best to wait for the one we want
rather than settle for the one that is available.
It is still best to wait for the one you love rather than settle for the one who is around.
It is still best to wait for the right person.
Because life is too short to waste on the wrong one.
Because waiting serves a purpose. Noble and mysterious.
You have to know that flowers do not bloom overnight.
Rome was not built in a day. A life grows in the womb for nine months.
Great love grows steadily over a lifetime.
Most good things in life take a long time.
And they are all worth waiting for.
These, despite the fact, that although waiting requires a lot of things…
faith, courage and hope…
Waiting guarantees nothing. One cannot imagine, after all, that God, in all His wisdom, asks to wait… and wait...
