Dixie Martin. Janet hired a Will look alike to freak Dixie out so she would have to be committed. The plan failed.

Amanda. But it was a no-win situation for Janet, she had too many marks against her. Janet felt she would never see Amanda again so she plotted to get rid of Trevor.
On the day Trevor was going to marry Laurel Banning, Janet had planned to plant a bomb at the church. But Janet never got the chance to carry out her deed. Janet was struck by lightning, fell off a cliff and was presumed dead.
A runaway named Laura found Janet by a campfire in the woods and the two slowly begin to heal from their physical
and emotional wounds.

Pierce Riley, who took them in and they all lived together in this little shack. Laura begin to trust again, and Janet had the family she always longed for. Pierce taught Janet that love shouldn't hurt, and true love can never be forced. During her new life on Willow Lake we saw a new caring selfless side of Janet Green. Tad Martin took his son Jamie and his wife's son Jr. camping on Willow Lake. Jamie slipped and fell in the lake when Tad fell asleep back at the campsite. Jr. rushed back to get Tad, and from behind a tree Janet appeared. Janet jumped into the lake, pulled Jamie out and started CPR on him. When he was breathing on his own, Janet heard Tad coming and slipped back into the woods so not to be seen. Janet and Pierce started a romantic relationship. It just so happens that Pierce is an old mercenary buddy of Trevor. Trevor suspected she was alive when Junior and Jamie said that she was the lady who'd saved Jamie. Trevor was on the hunt for Janet when he pretended to visit Pierce. Trevor then kidnapped Janet and planned to kill her for all her evil deeds she committed against his family. Luckly, Pierce was able to talk some sense into Trevor and he released Janet. When the truth came out that Janet was alive, Brooke English went to the cabin to thank Janet for saving Jamie's life when he fell into Willow Lake. Brooke and Pierce started a friendship, which made Janet see the little green monster again.
