Janet is drugged and kept in a room next to the mystery woman "Toni".  When Toni was in one of her lucid moments she heard Janet moaning from the next room and tried to get to her by an air vent.  Christopher caught Toni doing this and Toni knocked Christopher over the head with a heavy object.  Toni made it to Janet's room and the two were able to make a break for it.  Toni had a hard time keeping up with Janet, after all she had been under Dr. Kinder's wonder drug for over a year.  So Janet left Toni near the hunting lodge and went to look for a car to boost, so they could get as far away from that attic they could.  Janet stole a car and came back for Toni but she was gone.  Not knowing where else to go, Janet went to warn Erica of Dr. Kinder's plans.  

Erica was taken back at the "Crowbar Killer" show up at her doorstep, telling her a wild tale of kidnapping, drugging and the mystery woman.  Well, Erica being Erica told Janet that she needed proof.  Janet said that she left Toni by the hunting lodge and when Janet went back for her she was gone!  So Erica plays along with Janet, they go hunting around Wildwind looking for this woman.  They get back to Erica's house and try to figure out what the next move is.  Erica then realizes if this woman has been on these drugs for more than a year then she would be going through withdraw.  Erica called Pine Valley hospital to see if any Jane Doe's checked in with the last 24 hours.  Erica finds out yes and gets over to the hospital just in time to stop Dr. Kinder into going to Toni's room.   So while Erica fill's Dr. Kinder's mind with money and plans, she fakes a phone call to her "lawyer" and really calls Janet and tells her to get over to the hospital A.S.A.P., that Toni is there and Janet needs to get her out of there!  Janet arrives dressed in scrubs and is able to sneak Toni out in a laundry hamper right behind Kinder's back!  When Erica arrives back at Linden House (Erica's home), and takes a good luck at Toni, she realizes that Skye Chandler!  Adam Chandler's daughter!  They tend to Skye's needs and help her through her memory black outs.  When Skye started coming to her senses, she realizes she needs to get back at her husband!  Yep, Dr. Kinder is Skye Chandler's husband!!!  Skye wants revenge NOW!  Janet and Erica tried to talk Skye down, to wait and get the goods on him first.  Skye says O.K. but she sneaks out and heads to Kinder's office.

Janet visits the Dillon's home to check on Amanda after she called and a doctor answered she thought that Amanda was ill.  It was on this visit that Janet had lost use of his legs.  Janet tries to assure Trevor that she won't fight for custody of Amanda. Janet told Trevor that se couldn't take Amanda away from the only family she has ever known.  Trevor told Janet that he wasn't going to buy Janet's line, and told her to leave his house before he called the police.  As Janet was leaving she turned to Trevor and told him she knew he would walk again, he was too strong not to.

Skye told Janet and Erica she had papers on Kinder, but couldn't remember where she hidden them.  so Erica and Janet think maybe she put them in the tunnels under the Chandler Estate.  So, Erica and Janet show up at the Chandler house and tried to get into the tunnels without any luck.  Janet then informs Erica that Skye is missing.  They split up and tried to find Skye before Kinder does.  Meanwhile, at Dr. Kinder's office, Kinder catches Skye going through all of his papers.  Kinder knocks Skye out with some drugs tied her up and took her back to the attic. Skye tells Kinder that the papers are in a painting of Pine Valley.  Kinder realizes its the same painting he sold at Stuart Chandler's gallery.  He sneaks into the house grabs the painting cuts the back open takes the papers and puts the painting back.  Janet arrives at the attic and sees Skye chained to the bed.  Janet tried to help release Skye when Kinder snuck up behind Janet and injected her with the drug, knocking Janet right out.  As Kinder gets ready to give both ladies their lethal injections, Erica walks in.  Erica once again laid it on thick to the Doctor, trying to keep him off guard.  When Erica left, Kinder went in the back room ready to begin his final deed, get rid of his wife and his receptionist.  Just as he is about to inject Skye, Kinder falls like a heap to the floor.  Erica snuck up behind Kinder and gave him a dose of his own medicine, literary.  As Kinder falls to the ground, Erica says "All for one, one for all!"

The trio tied Kinder up to the bed and get him to confess to all of his crimes against them.  They then get Kinder arrested, but they can't hold him without more evidence.  Kinder drops out of sight.  Kinder then lured Biancia (Erica's daughter) out of the Wildwind Stables and kidnapped her for a ransom.  Janet and Erica are able to track Kinder down to Marion Colby's house.  As Kinder tried to get Biancia to go down the stairs, she moves and trips Kinder causing him to tumble down the stairs and the fall killed him.  Erica doesn't want Biancia to know that Kinder is dead and rushed her back to Seattle where she lives with her father Travis.  Erica and Janet disposed of Kinder's body by burying him in Erica's backyard behind her pool house.


Well, what they didn't know is Marion Colby was waiting for the doctor down in ST. Justin.  Marion came back and started poking around.  Well she caused enough of a ruckus that the police started poking around.  Well they found a grave in Erica's backyard, and she confessed she killed Dr. Kinder.  But when the police dug up the hole all they found was the rug Kinder was wrapped in.  No body!!
What happened to Kinder's body??  Kinder was alive and well living in St. Justin living off of Marion's nest egg and living it up with a young blond named Amber on the side. Marion caught Kinder and Amber snuggling up and she was upset to say the least.  Marion called Erica and told her where Kinder was.  So the trio enlist Marion and Amber's help in giving Kinder his just deserts!  Marion lured Kinder to a private jet, then Kinder told Marion he left their passports back at the hotel and she needed to go back and get them.  Once Marion was gone, Amber came out of the back and the plane took off.  Amber talks Kinder into stripping so she could give him a rub down.  Kinder is all ready on the table when the trio comes out of the woodwork.  They handcuff him and then torture him verbally, threating to through him out of the plane at ten thousand feet onto the Washington Monument.  They had fun just playing mind games with him until they landed in Pine Valley and the police arrested him and sent him away for a good long time.

After this mess, Janet started working for Enchantment Cosmetics as an Accountant.  Hayley hired her, and after the Kinder mess, Erica brought back Enchantment from Hayley.  Erica talks to Janet about Amanda.  Erica suggest that Janet spend some time down in the Daycare center with Amanda.  Janet says no, she don't want to threaten her chances to see Amanda when she goes out and plays after lunch.  Janet says thanks but no thanks.  Erica then plans for a tea party for Amanda and Janet.  When Janet comes up to Erica's office later in the day she is surprised to see Amanda sitting at a little table with a tea service and balloons.  Janet is thrilled to know end.  Amanda and Janet began to bond.  Towards the end of the tea party Trevor shows up and has a cow!  Trevor is still in his wheelchair, but at the sight of seeing Janet Green with his little angel causes him to stand up right on the spot and not even realize it!  Everyone is stunned including Trevor who sits back down shaking.  Trevor sends Amanda out of the room and reams Janet and Erica up one side and down the other.  That's when Hayley comes in and said she is the one who hired Janet.  Trevor started thinking that the whole world has gone looney tunes, and he is the only sane one.  Trevor leaves with Amanda, and Erica tells Hayley that Trevor stood up!  Hayley is amazed!  She tells Erica and Janet that the doctors said that Trevor's inability to walk was more emotional than physical, just maybe if Janet could press the right buttons again maybe Trevor would walk.  Well, Janet leaves Enchantment to head over to the Dillon home.  Hayley tells her that's not a good idea and goes with her.  When Janet shows up Trevor call's the police and has Janet arrested for violating the restraining order that bars Janet from coming within 50 feet of his family.

A few days later Janet showed up again at the Dillon home and informs Trevor that she is going to sue Trevor for custody of Amanda.  Trevor told her that even if he was in a coma there is no way she would ever get custody of Amanda.  They get into a huge argument, throwing barbs of each others past back and forth.  Janet tells Trevor she has changed, and she is going to tell Amanda that she is her mother.  Trevor said to Janet that he will see her dead before he would allow her to do that to his little girl and again rises out of the chair and puts his hands around Janet's throat and tries to push her up against the wall.  Janet is stunned and tells Trevor in a soft voice that he is walking.  Trevor just falls to the floor.  As Janet and Trevor sit on the floor they open up to each other a little.  Janet gets up and leaves, but not before running into Amanda.  Amanda got a Christmas present for Janet's little girl.  A beautiful balloon that plays music.  Janet is touched, and leaves the Dillons alone.

Twas the night before Christmas and all through Pine Valley, not a creature was stirring, except for St. Nick.

As Janet sat at the Insomniac's Cafe looking at Amanda's present, Santa Claus comes whooshing in the door.  Janet suppresses a giggle seeing the jolly fella and asked when he was due back at Lacy's department store.  As Santa waited for his hot drink he sits down and talks to Janet by name.  Janet was a little stun to know that he knew her name and a lot about her childhood.  He told Janet he had a present for her, and pulled an Angel out of his bag.  Janet thanked Santa, but told him she doesn't have a tree, not even a holly bush.  Janet suggested that Santa give this to someone else.  Santa then suggested to Janet to give it to someone who needed to be watched over.  

Back at the Dillons, they realized that Natalies Christmas Angel was thrown away by accident.  Which did put a bummer on the evening.  So to try and cheer everyone up, Trevor stood up!  Outside Janet plans to leave the Angel on the Dillon's doorstep, but before she could Trevor swings open the door and asks Janet what she is doing with THEIR Angel!  Amanda comes running in just then exclaiming that Janet has found their Angel!  Janet tells Amanda that the Angel really found her.  Amanda tells her daddy "See I told you Janet was nice!"  Amanda offers for Janet to stay and have a cookie with her, Janet looks at Trevor and he gives his O.K..   Janet says softly to Trevor, "Thank You", as her eyes began to mist up.
