Everybody in my family thinks I am pretty special.  But, I think I am just an ordinary little boy.  I love people and getting to go out.  One of my favorite things right now is to go to stores and walk up and down the aisles.  My grandma and grandpa are good about just letting me roam around and explore everything.  They sometimes have to put stuff back on the shelf that I have looked at. I was born with Down Syndrome.  Nobody knew until after I was born.  I know it was very hard on my family at first but they seem to have gotten over it.  Think the best thing they did is educate themselves about DS.  Funny how people won't learn about things until they are met with it face to face.

Here I didn't have too many teeth, but what I did have, came in handy.

Mmmmmmmmm!  KFC!  I really enjoy going out to eat!

I love going outside in the back yard and playing with my toys.  We have a swing set, a sand box and a big wagon.  In the summertime we fill up my pool.  I love the water! Here I am trying to pull my wagon.  It is almost bigger than I am so it is pretty hard to do.  How do you like my Hulk Hogan pants?  My grandma made them for me.

This is my second birthday party.  My mom and I share our birthdays but she let me blow out all the candles.  I did a pretty good job of it, too (with a little bit of help from Grandma).

I love to draw and color, especially when my grandpa helps me!

I got this fort for my 2nd  birthday.  My mom put it in the livingroom so I could play with it, since it is too cold outside.  What a nice mom I have!

Great-grandmas are pretty neat.  I'm giving a big hug to mama's grandma and playing "Ring Around the Rosey" with papa's grandma.
