  • Envisioned and implemented successful campaign to market IN products and services via weekly e-mails to over 800 UTC employees, resulting in heightened awareness and increased usage of products.
  • Partnered with employees in UTC business units and vendor to solve patent competitive intelligence awareness issue. Created and maintained patent competitive intelligence databases. Databases are consistently among "top ten" IN products used by UTC employees.
  • Independently assumed additional responsibilities previously managed by work team downsized through attrition.

  • Assisted in creation of "UTC Connections", internal database of UTC employee expertise, now boasting profiles for over 3,700 employees.
