GRANNIE'S BLUEBERRY COBBLER
(Hold on cause' this is a sweet one!)

Ingredients
sugar (separate amounts listed)
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups blueberries (either fresh, canned or frozen(thawed)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt margarine in baking dish in oven

Remove and pour 1/2 cup sugar over melted margarine

Spread blueberries over sugar and margarine mixture

Mix together: 3/4 c. sugar
           milk
             flour

Pour mixture over blueberries
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and bubbly!

GRANNIE'S FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE

Ingredients
Batter

1 1/3 cup sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail and juice

Frosting

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup flake coconut
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts of your choice


Mix batter ingredients together

Beat well and spread in greased 13x9 pan

Melt butter for frosting

Mix in frosting ingredients (hold coconut and nuts)

Pour over batter

Bake for 5 minutes then remove and add coconut and nuts

Cook for 15 more minutes or until "golden & bubbly"

CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH BARS

Ingredients

4 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. Reese's Chocolate Chips

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees

Place cereal in bottom of casserole dish (9x9)

Melt butter and pour over cereal

Sprinkle entire package of chocolate chips over top

Bake 15 minutes

Refrigerate until cold to harden (1hr)

Remove and cut into bars

For variety try adding coconut, peanut butter chips, or nuts

Ingredients

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 ts. vanilla extract
8 creme-filled cookies, crushed
1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp. confectioners sugar

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a 9" round pan

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, sour cream, butter, water, baking soda, baking powder, egg and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds.  Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.

Stir in the cookie pieces

Spread batter in pan

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done

Cool cake in pan 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely

In a chilled bowl, beat cream and sugar with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

Frost cake and garnish with extra cookies if desired
