Edmond - Services for Mrs. Nora M. Melton, 91, of Red Bluff, Calif.,
formerly of Luther, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Baggerley Funeral Home
with burial in Luther Cemetery. She died Sunday at Red Bluff.
A native of Missouri, Mrs. Melton came to Luther in 1917 and moved
to California in 1937. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Rema Poplin, Edmond, Mrs.
Gladys Brown, Chico, Calif., Mrs. Lucille Blaney, Albuquerque, N.M., Mrs.
Helen Riffle, Alburn, Calif., three sons, Laymon, Springfield, Mo., Lyle,
Oraville, Calif., and Royce, Edmond; two sisters Mrs. Mamie Vaughn and Mrs.
Lissa Pigg, both of Springfield, Mo., and two brothers, Lexie Pigg, Clovis,
Calif., and Efton, Red Bluff, Calif.
