The Porterville Recorder Ever wonder what the heck is happening in Porterville, California, a weird, little dusty town in Central California at the edge of the Sierra Nevada foothills? Well, not only does Porterville have its very own newspaper, the "Porterville Recorder," (printed every day but Sunday – no Sunday paper?!), but the paper has its very own website, which is actually very impressive for Porterville. Check this out to find out anything and everything about Porterville, California! It’s our "local paper."
