My Grandparents

George Lester DICKS b. September 16, 1915; d. March 19, 1970; married Norma Edna PATTERSON in June 1934.

I would like to note that Lester's given name was George Lester but he didn't like being called George so he used his middle name Lester. He had a great love for horses his whole life. I fondly remember the many trophies and ribbons he won riding in horse shows. He spent many years as a 4-H Club leader teaching what he knew about horses to young people.

Lester and Norma had 6 children.

I would like to thank Marilyn, Barb, Caroline, and Charles for all their help in putting this information together. Without them this would not have been possible.

THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH
