GREAT SITE! I am looking for the parents of my gg-g/f John Campbell Turpel who was born in N.S. @ 1805-1818. He was a carpenter & millwright. Moved to Toronto (York)by 1836. Married Mary Mullihan, a Catholic around that time. HELP!!!!Anyone??!!!!!

My g-g-g grandmother was Eleanor Turple, b. abt. 1810, daughter of Daniel Turple and Elizabeth Chapman, m. 27 April 1831 to Francis (Francois) Debaie at St. Anselm's Roman Catholic Church, West Chezzetcook. They were both baptized as Roman Catholics on t e day of their marriage. Eleanor died on 15 Dec 1896. If you have any information on Eleanor's parents, I would appreciate it.
