.If windows is throwing you out of your programs and giving you the page fault error do this: Add this line to your windows system.ini file under the [386enh] line: MaxBPs=768 After applying this to mine it virtually eliminated the problem.

To help speed up your high speed modem do this: In the windows system.ini file add this line: under the [386enh] add a line: Com 1 buffer=512 This will give you a 512k buffer instead of the standard 128k.
