Out in the middle of nowhere, about an hour south of us, is another beautiful area of untamed wilderness known as the Sturgeon River Gorge Wilderness Area. Accessible by dirt roads and hiking trails, the overlooks offer a fantastic panorama of the surrounding forest, and the river below.
