Welcome to my cookbook - I'll be posting those recipes that I enjoy enough to preserve on disk! I've mostly taken recipes from family and cookbooks and tweaked them a bit, but I've tried to put a reference to the original source for each recipe. One plug for my favorite cookbook - "Spice and Spirit - The Complete Kosher Jewish Cookbook" (ISBN 0-8266-0238-X) Find it and have a look - I've never seen such a reliable cookbook, kosher or not!
