Did you know that there is a chapter in the Bible that is known as the Book of Love? Yep, There sure is. It is in the book of 1 Corinthians chapter 13.

The apostle Paul wrote this letter to the Church at Corinth. He wrote this chapter to teach them what Love is and isn't. He wanted them to know the true Love God's children should show for each other. Nanny has put this into kid's terms so maybe we can understand it a little better. If I can speak many languages, even the language of Angels but do not say the words with the kind of love Jesus would I sound like rusty hinges on a banging door.

If I know everything before it happens, and if I am the smartest kid in class, and if I am positive God can do anything, but do not share it with others with love like Jesus did. Then I can't help anybody.

If I give away all my toys to kids who don't have any and if I am willing to die for what I believe but do not love as Jesus did then it means nothing at all.

Love keeps on going when everything else fails. Someday there will be no more talking. All I have learned will not matter anymore. Besides I only know part of the truth, but when the whole truth comes, even the part I know will disappear. Now I am a little child. I talk like a child, understand like a child, think like a child. But when I grow up I won't act like a child anymore. Right now I can only see God's reflection as a piece of polished metal, like the mirrors of the people of Corinth. But someday I will be able to see His face, and I will know Him as well as He already knows me.
